A restaurant, studio, or service can run the same Pool Pilot program without the joke-ticker costume. You mint 1B + a $10 ETH seed on Robinhood Chain. Friends sit $10–$50 chairs — tradeable LP NFTs, real buy-wall depth. They earn team rewards after the book hits $500. They can sell the chair later. This is not a bank, not equity unless you paper that yourself, and not a Robinhood Inc. listing.
How the money works
- Sit = working capital. $10–$50 of RH ETH goes into the Uniswap v3 wall, not your till. The sitter owns the chair NFT.
- Return = tape + house. After $500 on the book, sitters share the 0.30% book fee. Selling the chair is the larger payday if the book marks up ($325 at $50k · $650 at $150k · $6,500 at $1M, 65% of the street mark).
- Desk 0.30% still → MCFL. Never to seats. Honest fee, same as a meme book.
Borrow, lend, onchain service
The chair is the primitive. A seated LP NFT is something a shop could later borrow against, and something a friend could lend to — once a credit desk exists. We do not run a money market today. We do not custody. We do not promise yield.
- Today: sit the book, trade the pair, sell the chair.
- Next layer (not live): borrow against a seated chair, or lend into a shop book with a posted rate.
- Service books (a restaurant, a route, a studio) use the same 18 chairs — the copy changes, the contract does not.
If you need a regulated loan or equity raise, use a lawyer. This desk is a non-custodial Uniswap book with human chairs.
