The service
Pool Pilot is a non-custodial interface for interacting with Uniswap v3 and related contracts on Robinhood Chain (4663), including ETH · USDG · Token swaps, LP tools, Arrive / partner funnels, Start desk, Shepherd, Bond, seats, and Telegram Mini App entry points. We provide software. We do not operate an exchange that holds customer balances.
No custody; you control keys
You connect your own wallet. Every on-chain action requires your approval. We never take possession of your private keys, seed phrases, or assets. If you lose access to your wallet, we cannot recover funds.
Not financial advice; not a broker
Nothing on Pool Pilot is investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. We do not execute discretionary trades for you, offer copy trading, custody, or securities brokerage. Tokens can lose value. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for complying with laws that apply to you.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to use crypto interfaces in your jurisdiction and of sufficient age (at least 18, or older if your jurisdiction requires). You may not use the service if doing so would violate sanctions or other applicable law.
Third-party services
Links and embeds to MoonPay, Relay, Robinhood, Telegram, RPC providers, and other sites are optional tools. Their terms and privacy policies govern those flows. Fiat on-ramps (including MoonPay) may require identity verification by that provider — not by Pool Pilot as a custodian.
Fees
Protocol and interface fees (including any protocol fee disclosed in the UI), listing fees, Shepherd / Bond desk fees, and gas are your responsibility. Third-party on-ramps charge their own fees.
Risks
- Smart contract, oracle, bridge, and chain risk.
- Impermanent loss and failed or stuck transactions.
- UI or RPC bugs; always verify addresses and amounts in your wallet before signing.
- Desk features labeled as ledger / queued (for example Bond graduation to Super Chain) may not mean instant on-chain settlement — read the product copy.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the site or APIs, attempt to drain other users, spoof partner refs to defraud, or use the interface for unlawful activity. We may rate-limit, block, or disable desk features that are being abused.
Open source and “as is”
Much of the client is open source on GitHub. The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of merchantability, fitness, or uninterrupted access. See SECURITY.md for the security model; it is not a substitute for an audit.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pool Pilot and its operators are not liable for lost funds, profits, data, or consequential damages arising from use of the interface, third-party services, or blockchain networks. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pool Pilot and its operators from claims arising from your use of the service, your tokens, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version at this URL. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.
